VIII. Deck Re-Finishing

Deck appears to be teak. Light washing was ineffective. Have to switch to a serious cleaner.

After using Teak Cleaner first pass

Deck Cetol started

Next up will be to caulk the seams to match the wood.

Many of the wood plugs. AKA bungs, need to be replaced. Again, need to match wood.

Going to use teak flavored Cetol for first layer of preservative to smooth out color variations.

Then it’s the pin-striping - probably blue.

Finally, a couple of coats of Cetol gloss.
