1. Centerboard planks, 3"x8" heart pine "spline" beams from old cotton mill

2. Cut to length and plane smooth

3. Saw slot to match those in keel

3. Seal with penetrating epoxy

4. Drill for keel bolts, 3/8" stainless threaded rod

5. Assemble port side using Sitka

6. Position centerboard

7. Assemble starboard side

8. Install bronze pivot pin

9. Trim with purple heart
